When the gym was fitted out we bought Technogym's range rather than a few showpieces, and we've kept adding to it. Checkup came next, and now RUN X.
You can see the whole gym from the door. Plenty of members have been here since we opened in 2017, and ask them why and you'll mostly hear about the people.
Every membership includes a free induction. Somebody walks you round the floor and shows you how each machine works before you use it on your own.

Yes. Walk in any time we are open and ask at the desk. Opening hours and directions.

Lunchtime access is £30 a month, Silver is £39.50, Gold is £42.50 and Platinum is £45. Every one of them includes a free induction. Compare all four memberships.

It depends which one you pick. Lunchtime is monthly rolling with no joining fee. Silver is a three month commitment with a £35 joining fee. Gold and Platinum are six months, both with no joining fee. The terms are on each membership.

A massage bed that uses warm water jets under a dry surface. You lie on it fully clothed and get up completely dry. Ten minutes a session, from £10, and unlimited on Platinum membership. More about the Therajet.

No. Your membership is gym access and most members train on their own. Personal training is arranged separately, directly with the trainer you want to work with. See the seven trainers based here.

6am to 10pm Monday to Thursday, 6am to 9pm on Friday, 7am to 7pm on Saturday and 8am to 4pm on Sunday. Find us on Brighton Road.
